Usage and technical data: logs, device/browser type, IP address, and cookies used for operating and analyzing the Service.

To provide and operate the Service: attribution measurement, optimization, and automated campaign management.

To improve the product, analyze performance, support customers, and ensure security and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal data.

With advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to the extent necessary to perform the actions you request and to comply with their platform terms (including the Meta Platform Terms).

With service providers (hosting, analytics) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

When required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us and our users.

4. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights and how to delete your data

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and revoke platform connections at any time.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and your account email. We will process and confirm within 30 days.

You may also disconnect AD LilySq from your Meta/Google account in those platforms’ app settings.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
