These Terms govern your access to and use of AD LilySq — an ad measurement, optimization, and automation platform (the “Service”) operated at lilysq.com and ad.lilysq.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
AD LilySq connects to advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads) and your order-data sources to measure performance, optimize, and automatically manage campaigns. We may change, add, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to connect only advertising accounts and data that you own or are lawfully authorized to access.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, scrape data without authorization, or interfere with our infrastructure. You must comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platform you connect (including the Meta Platform Terms and Google Ads policies).
6. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party conduct, API changes, or policy changes.
7. Trials and payment
Some features may be offered free or on paid plans. Pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms (if any) are presented at the time you subscribe to the relevant plan.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, the “AD LilySq” brand, source code, interface, and content are our property. Data you provide remains yours; you grant us the right to process it in order to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that optimization recommendations will achieve any specific business result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date; your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the update.
